This 150-acre property extends from the main access road, all the way back to beautiful Lake Champlain, which is perfect for boating, swimming, ice fishing or lakefront stargazing. Although tree growth has obscured the view of the lake from the house, a quick 2-minute drive or a pleasant 10-minute walk down Curtis Lane and Lake Champlain is yours to enjoy in complete privacy. You can spend hours at the dock and the 800 ft plus lakefront.

Premium skiing locations in Quebec are less than 30 minutes away, with at least seven resort locations nearby in Northern Vermont.

Relax in the large screened in porch and watch the deer go by

Or maybe you enjoy relaxing on a screened porch, taking in the famous island sunsets from the front porch, antiquing, shopping, sampling the many nearby fabulous restaurants, visiting the many museums or sightseeing on the islands...

What a greeting—the magnificently restored home, the aromas emanating from the large country kitchen, and the sound of the wind blowing the autumn leaves through the massive trees. We all fell in love with the serene and private setting. The house is so spacious that all six of us (and two dogs) had places to call our own, but we often just gathered in the kitchen or around the big dining room table."
