This 150-acre property extends from the main access road, all the way back to beautiful Lake Champlain, which is perfect for boating, swimming, ice fishing or lakefront stargazing. "Thank you for offering such a wonderful vacation property. We had a wonderful, peaceful time. Love that dock and the house is so charming. So many spots to just sit and read. The breezes were great. We loved visiting nearby Old Montreal and Burlington. We all agreed that this was our favorite place." Debra and family

"What a greeting—the magnificently restored home, the aromas emanating from the large country kitchen, and the sound of the wind blowing the autumn leaves through the massive trees.  We all fell in love with the serene and private setting.  The house is so spacious that all six of us (and two dogs) had places to call our own, but we often just gathered in the kitchen or around the big dining room table."  Carol and family
