Although tree growth has obscured the view of the lake from the house, a quick 2-minute drive or a pleasant 10-minute walk down Curtis Lane and Lake Champlain is yours to enjoy in complete privacy. You can spend hours at the dock and the 800 ft plus lakefront.

Premium skiing locations in Quebec are less than 30 minutes away, with at least seven resort locations nearby in Northern Vermont.
